4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

- You may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours’ notice.

- Cancellations after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

- Emergency or unforeseen events will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with reasonable accommodations provided whenever possible.

5. Warranties and Liability

SNA Home Improvements provides a warranty on workmanship and materials as specified in individual project agreements.

We are not responsible for damage caused by acts of God, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications after service completion.

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to work areas and removing valuables or fragile items.

Liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed.
